This played as part of a pitch to Lisa Henson for a new show about an 8 year old mayor. The creators needed brightness, excitement, earnestness, and joy. The show is a masterful piece of writing starring the wildly gifted Chris Hogan playing nearly all the characters. Yup, that is Chris' voice you hear over the theme as the mayor and the fly.
